There’s something about Mediterranean living that makes you want to slow down.
A sun-warmed terrace. Linen curtains moving gently in the breeze. A table that looks even better with a few little imperfections. A comfortable chair in a quiet corner. Dinner outside that somehow lasts much longer than planned.
That feeling is what inspired Altea Villa Vibes.
Mediterranean living, without the postcard clichés
When we think about Mediterranean style, it’s easy to picture blue-and-white everything, perfectly styled holiday homes and rooms that look like they were designed for a photoshoot.
That’s not really what we’re after.
We love the quieter side of Mediterranean living — warm natural materials, soft colors, beautiful textures, relaxed furniture and homes that feel connected to the outdoors.
Spaces that are beautiful, but still feel lived in.
A little imperfect. A little personal. And comfortable enough that you actually want to stay awhile.
Inspired by Altea

Altea has a particular kind of charm.
The whitewashed buildings, warm stone, Mediterranean light, natural textures and the way indoor and outdoor life seem to blend together have always felt inspiring to us.
But Altea Villa Vibes isn’t about recreating one particular place.
It’s our own interpretation of that feeling.
We call it Altea Style — a relaxed approach to Mediterranean living that mixes timeless pieces with natural materials, warm light and a little bit of personality.
It doesn’t have to be perfect.
In fact, we think it’s better when it isn’t.
What you’ll find here
Altea Villa Vibes is a place for inspiration.
We explore Mediterranean furniture, relaxed interiors, outdoor living, patio spaces, decorating ideas and the little details that can make a home feel warmer and more inviting.
Sometimes that means discovering a beautiful piece of furniture.
Sometimes it’s a new way to style a room.
Sometimes it’s simply an idea that makes you look at your own home a little differently.
We also share practical guides, trends worth knowing about and products we genuinely think fit the Mediterranean way of living.
The goal is never to tell you that there is one right way to decorate.
Your home should still feel like yours.
A slower way of decorating
We’re drawn to interiors that don’t feel finished in the traditional sense.
Rooms where wood can age beautifully. Linen can wrinkle. Ceramics don’t have to match. Outdoor furniture can look better after a few summers in the sun.
There’s something much more inviting about that.
It’s less about constantly changing your home and more about choosing things you’ll still love years from now.
Fewer things. Better things. More meaning.
That’s a philosophy you’ll find throughout Altea Villa Vibes.

From the inside out
One of the things we love most about Mediterranean homes is the connection between indoors and outdoors.
A terrace isn’t just somewhere you go occasionally.
It can become another living room.
A shaded dining table can become the heart of summer.
A comfortable outdoor chair can become the place where you have your morning coffee every day.
That relationship between home, light, nature and everyday life is a big part of what inspires us.
Our idea of luxury
We like beautiful things.
But luxury, to us, isn’t about making a home look expensive.
It’s about how a space makes you feel.
A beautiful natural fabric against your skin.
A room filled with afternoon light.
A chair you never want to get out of.
A table around which everyone stays a little longer.
That feels like luxury to us.
Quiet luxury. Everyday luxury. The kind you actually get to live in.
